If your child can sing, she may just have what it takes to join the Concordia Youth Chorale. Of course, you'll never know unless you try at one of our chorus auditions!

Once your child has joined the group, she’ll receive vocal training, music theory instruction, and have the chance to tour the world. Our youth chorale is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Join us!

Unusual Opportunities
Like our motto “Singing Great Music in Great Places,” we specialize in providing unusual performance opportunities for our singers.

Our Story

Concordia Youth Chorale is a choral and solo voice organization in Monmouth County in Central New Jersey for girls and boys (with unchanged voices for the choir and changed voices for the OperaLab), 4th grade through college. Our auditioned choruses sing an ambitious schedule of concerts in Monmouth County, New Jersey and New York City and they tour frequently. More details of our performances can be found on the Unusual Opportunities page

We offer a Junior Chorale for girls and boys (with unchanged voices), 4th through 6th grades; a Youth Chorale for girls,(7th grade through undergraduate) and an OperaLab for high school through undergraduate.

Our 2018 - 2019 choral season will include one of the masterpieces for upper voices: St. Leopold Mass by Michael Haydn (brother of Franz Joseph Haydn); a group of carols by John Rutter; In Endless Song by Daniel Kallman; Dancing Days by Anthony Hedges. Members of the Youth Chorale will return to Radio City Music Hall in November to sing at a performance of the Christmas Spectacular and to Carnegie Hall in May to sing Rutter’s Mass of the Children with the composer conducting.
